Free on Android. iOS coming soon.

You've restarted this goal before.

UpStats is one app that turns your habits, workouts, meals and skills into ranks you earn, from E to S, one real session at a time.

Sound familiar?

Every goal starts strong. Then the app gets buried.

You are not lazy. You are juggling a habit app, a workout app, a calorie counter, a notes app and a to-do list. Each one wants you back. None of them know about the others.

01

Day 3: all in

New app, new plan, real motivation. Everything feels possible.

02

Day 12: one miss

You skip a day. Then two. The streak you cared about quietly dies.

03

Day 30: fresh start

You delete it, or ignore it, and download the next one. Again.

UpStats is built for that second step. It puts everything in one place, and it never punishes a bad week by resetting you to zero.

One app instead of five

Your whole day, in one place.

Open UpStats and see what is next: today's quests, your habits, your steps, your calories, the skill you are working on. No hopping between apps to find out how you are doing.

  • Skills
  • Daily quests
  • Habits and streaks
  • To-dos
  • Meals and macros
  • Gym log
  • Steps
  • Journal
  • Circles

It is your dashboard, so arrange it your way. Press and hold a section, then drag it where you want it.

Why ranks feel different

Six ranks. You can't buy the next one.

Every skill starts at E. Practice moves it up the ladder toward S. There is no shortcut, which is exactly why a rank means something.

  1. EJust started
  2. DShowing up
  3. CGetting solid
  4. BSkilled
  5. AAdvanced
  6. SMastery. Takes years.

Built to be earned, not farmed

  • Timers count most. Run the timer while you practise and the session earns full credit. Add time afterwards and it still counts, just less.
  • Rank trials. Optionally, prove a rank with a short trial. Then it means you can do the thing, not that you tapped a button.
  • Rust, not decay. Take a break and a skill gets rusty. You keep the rank, and coming back is faster than starting over.
  • S is meant to be rare. It is measured in years of practice. If that sounds slow, that is the point.

What changes for you

Less remembering. More doing.

Habits and daily quests

Know what is next, every morning.

Small habits roll into a daily quest ring. Close the ring, keep the streak, and get on with your day.

  • Habits with streaks, on the same screen as everything else
  • A to-do list that does not need its own app

Meals

Log a meal in seconds, not minutes.

See calories and macro goals at a glance. The food list already knows many everyday Indian meals, so you spend less time searching.

  • Calories with macro goals
  • Steps and their history chart live in the same app

Gym log

Walk in with a plan. Leave with a record.

Build routines, log sets fast, and see your personal records the moment you hit them.

  • Routines you can reuse
  • Personal records, tracked for you

Journal

Reflect next to the work, not in another app.

A few lines a day is enough. Your journal lives beside your habits and skills, so the story of your week is in one place.

  • Quick daily entries
  • Sits next to everything else you track

Circles

Nobody wants to be the one who quit.

Start a Circle with friends and compete on real progress. Not likes, not posts, just who actually showed up this week.

  • See standings that move as people practise
  • Keep each other honest, and cheer each other on
  • Works for any goal, from guitar to gym

Questions

Before you download.

Is this just another app I will abandon?

We built it around that exact problem. A missed week rusts a skill instead of wiping it, so coming back is easier than starting over. Everything you track lives in one place, so there is one app to open, not five.

Is UpStats free?

Yes. UpStats is fully free. We may add an optional paid tier later for extras such as AI features, Travel Diaries and smartwatch fitness, but what is free today stays free.

Can't I just log fake hours?

You can add time yourself, but it counts for less than a timed session, and rank trials let you prove a rank. UpStats is for you, so cheating mostly cheats you.

Why does S take years?

Because real mastery does. Early ranks come quickly enough to keep you going. The top ones are meant to be rare, so earning one feels like something.

Which phones does it run on?

Android today, from Google Play. The iPhone version is coming soon.

Where is my data stored?

Your entries sync to our server so they follow you across devices. Journal entries, meals and workouts are yours, and you decide what to add.
