Delete your account

If you still have the app

Open UpStats → Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes your account and everything tied to it — skills, habits, meals, journal, gym history, Circle membership, all of it — immediately and permanently. There is no undo, so export your data first from Settings → Export my data if you want a copy.

If you no longer have the app

Enter the email on your account below. We'll delete it by hand and confirm by email, usually within 14 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, your login, and every entry tied to it (habits, to-dos, journal, meals, workouts, skills, books, milestones, Circle membership). Nothing is kept afterward.
